Nature Does Not Hurry Yet Everything is Accomplished
I have seen this quote before, but only now thought really deeply about what it means, and how the sentiment can be applied in how I live and work.
Often we can feel that there is so much to do, so much to accomplish and achieve, that it can feel overwhelming. There is this self imposed deadline feeling, that it all needs to happen now or we will fail.
Yet if you look at natures example, nature takes it’s time. As the seasons change this month, watch how the leaves slowly change colour and fall off in preparation for winter, how the new seasons fruits slowly grow and ripen. In nature everything happens just at the right time, nothing is rushed, but a slow and careful transition and change and the end result so perfect and accomplished.
In haste, we need to remember to just stick to a plan, slow steady change and development. Great and wonderful things rarely happen overnight, but with much planning hard work and dedication. Don’t give up if progress is slow, take every small step as a win, and focus on the goal.
I have designed another lovely desktop background for you! This time I decided to drop off the calendar, so it can be used anytime. Let me know if you do or don’t like this? Not sure if people find the calendar handy or if they prefer to have something they can use anytime.
